Chrimate, formerly known as the Principality of Chrimate, is a newly established micronation (17th of July 2023) located on the Küçükkiremit and Büyükkiremit islands in Muğla aswell as the capital-base in mainland Muğla. Founded with the vision of promoting peace, environmental sustainability, and the welfare of all living beings, Chrimate aims to create a harmonious and inclusive community.


Leadership:

The Principality of Chrimate is led by Muffin and Weiserich, who serve as the principality's visionary leaders, which is known as the term “Fürst”.  

Flag:

The flag of Chrimate embodies the values and aspirations of the micronation. It features three equal horizontal stripes. The top stripe is black, symbolizing peace, dignity, and unity among its residents. The middle stripe is white, representing purity, transparency, and neutrality. The bottom stripe is green, reflecting the micronation's commitment to the preservation of life, harmony with nature, and environmental sustainability. The flag doesn't have a correct size nor dimensions.


Legal Framework:

The legal system of the Principality of Chrimate is based on the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. It ensures justice, fairness, and protection for all individuals within its jurisdiction. In alignment with its core principles, the micronation has implemented specific legislation that strictly prohibits the harm of any living animal on the islands. This reflects Chrimate's dedication to animal welfare and the preservation of its unique natural environment.

Territory:

Chrimate's territory encompasses the Küçükkiramit and Büyükkiramit islands, which provide a picturesque and serene backdrop for the micronation. Surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Muğla, the islands offer an idyllic setting that fosters a sense of tranquility and connection with nature. Chrimate also has a territory in mainland Muğla where its capital is located in.

Languages:

There are three official languages that are spoken in Chrimate, which are Turkish, English and German. You also need to speak at least one of the official languages in order to become a citizen of Chrimate.
